We’re seeking a motivated Senior Consultant to join our dynamic Finance and Tax team to add value through transform and operate projects within the Financial Services Sector. This client‑facing role will support clients across Banking & Capital Markets, Insurance and Wealth & Asset Management as they transform their finance and tax functions.
Key responsibilities:
- Support finance and tax function assessments, identifying improvement opportunities and contributing to target operating model design.
- Gather and analyse data to understand current‑state processes through stakeholder interviews and process walkthroughs.
- Analyse, optimise and support the redesign of processes, including the application of technology, automation and data solutions.
- Contribute to project delivery, including supporting implementation activities, stakeholder management and preparing clear, high‑quality outputs.
Skills and attributes for success
- Background in Finance, Tax or related advisory/consulting areas, through qualifications (CA, CPA or CFA) or equivalent experience.
- Keen interest in transformation, including process improvement, data, automation and emerging technologies such as Gen AI and Agentic AI.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts clearly.
- Demonstrated initiative,
adaptability and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Location and work arrangement
This hybrid position is based in Warrang – Sydney or Naarm – Melbourne. Roles may be adjusted for flexible/hybrid working or reduced hours.
