Mandatory Requirements
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification
- SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay Certification
- 4–5 End-to-End Implementations in EC & Compensation
- Experience with Integration Centre and EC Integrations
- Solid understanding of HR Business Processes and Talent Management
