The Salvation Army is seeking an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Engagement Worker for the Townsville AOD Centre to strengthen cultural safety and embed culturally responsive practices.
Working with our multidisciplinary team, you will support participants and foster respectful, culturally informed care across the service.You will develop resources, lead culturally meaningful activities, and collaborate with Elders, ACCOs and communities to enhance service delivery.
