We are seeking a
Clinical Nurse Specialist – Mental Health
Liaison
to provide expert clinical leadership and deliver high-quality, patient-centred care within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
In this pivotal role, you will establish and maintain excellence in clinical practice through the delivery of specialist mental health care, leadership, and role modelling.
You will act as a key clinical resource for staff across the hospital, providing expert assessment, screening, intervention, follow-up, and care coordination for patients with mental health needs.
Working in accordance with organisational policies, procedures, and best-practice standards, you will support the development of staff capability, promote positive patient outcomes, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and clinical excellence.
