Key responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality nursing care, uphold hospital standards, and apply infection control protocols.
Perform accurate patient assessments and manage acute situations confidently.
Lead patient education, discharge planning, and continuity of care.
Support the clinical development of the nursing team and collaborate with the Unit Manager on training programs.
Ideal candidate:
Current AHPRA registration
3 year's experience working within Urology (within a Theatre setting)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proven experience and understanding of accreditation processes, clinical performance indicators, and quality improvement projects.
