Lyka is seeking a People Systems & Operations Specialist to own the employee lifecycle, data quality, and systems configuration in a fast-growing setting. You will serve as the go-to for policy, pay, leave and process questions, ensuring accurate data across our HRIS and related tools.
You'll document SOPs, partner with Payroll and Finance, and drive improved processes from onboarding through offboarding, while contributing to projects that scale with Lyka's growth.
