Gracehaven, part of BaptistCare NSW/ACT - Aged Care, seeks an empathetic Occupational Therapist to assess residents, design interventions and promote independence while collaborating with the care and therapy teams.
You will deliver comprehensive assessments, support daily living activities, and provide clinical guidance to Lifestyle and Therapy staff. The role is permanent part time (15 hours per fortnight) across two days, with Tuesday mandatory for multidisciplinary meetings.
