As a Speech Pathologist in our Midland clinic, you will be responsible for maintaining a mixed caseload, serving both in our clinic, as well as out in the community! About Your New Role
- Drive and lead your own caseload, delivering exceptional care to our participants
- Delivering high-quality, person-centred speech therapy to a wide range of NDIS participants
- Participating in peer consultations with other disciplines to achieve client outcomes
- Working with clients to set achievable goals that will support them to function more independently
- Reporting: Report disciplinary or grievance incidents, assist in record-keeping and data tracking, and provide necessary reports to senior management
