Mind Australia is seeking a self-motivated Community Mental Health Practitioner to join our Youth Residential Rehabilitation Service (YRRS) in Townsville on a permanent, part time basis. The role provides person-centred, recovery-oriented support to young people aged 16–21 in a home-like residential setting, helping them work toward wellbeing goals.
You will work a 24/7 rotating roster, including night shifts, to develop living skills, build independence and strengthen social connections.
