Due to continued growth in our Used Vehicle Department, we are seeking two driven and motivated Used Vehicle Sales Professionals to join the team at Mike Carney Toyota in Townsville, Queensland.
This full-time position is integral to the company's ongoing success. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales of quality pre‐owned vehicles. What you'll be doing
- Actively engaging with customers to understand their needs and match them with the right pre‐owned vehicle
- Demonstrating vehicles and highlighting their features and benefits to potential buyers
- Negotiating price and finalising sales in a professional and ethical manner
- Maintaining an extensive knowledge of the company's inventory and industry trends
- Collaborating with the wider sales team to achieve individual and collective targets
- Providing outstanding post‐sale customer support and follow‐up
- Adhering to all company policies, procedures and legal requirements
What we're looking for
- Proven track record in a sales role, ideally within the automotive industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities to drive sales
- Comprehensive understanding of vehicle features, pricing and industry regulations
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve shared goals
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Strong organisational and time management skills
