Hyatt Place Caribbean Park Melbourne is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator/Officer to join our Scoresby property on a full time basis. Reporting to the General Manager, you will support day‑to‑day HR functions and ensuring our team has the resources to succeed.

This role offers the chance to contribute to a dynamic hospitality team, handling onboarding, records, policies, payroll data and staff development while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
