Navitas is a leading global education provider. The HR Advisor in the Australasia team will deliver broad generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle, working with HR Business Partners, managers and staff to promote a positive employee experience.
You will handle recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, HR reporting, policy interpretation and HR projects, ensuring processes are delivered efficiently and consistently across Navitas’ colleges, campuses and offices.
