Department of Employment and Workplace Relations is seeking a Chief Counsel / First Assistant Secretary in the Workplace Relations Division to lead the team and provide independent, expert legal advice to the Minister and the department on workplace relations, work health and safety, and workers' compensation.
You will collaborate across the APS to support legislation development using a project management approach and oversee litigation involving the Minister.
