IMMEDIATE START – Multiple Sales & Business Roles (BDM / Sales Manager / Showroom Consultant)

We are expanding and seeking commercially minded, motivated professionals to join our established, high-performing team across our brand-new Como showroom, on the road, and occasionally at our Osborne Park warehouse.

This opportunity is ideal for:

Experienced Business Development Managers

Proven sales professionals looking to step up

Hospitality professionals ready to transition into sales

Showroom consultants (especially within kitchen equipment or related industries)

About the Role

This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where your input directly impacts business growth. You will be responsible for:

Driving revenue and profit growth through strong customer relationships and smart selling

Supporting new and existing clients (particularly cafés, restaurants, and hospitality venues)

Providing practical, experience-based advice to customers making purchasing decisions

Working closely with our internal team to deliver a seamless customer experience

Contributing to marketing initiatives, including social media and customer engagement

Managing your pipeline, reporting, and day-to-day activity with professionalism

What We’re Looking For

We’re open to different backgrounds,



but you must be commercially aware and confident dealing with customers.

You may come from:

Business development or sales management

Retail or showroom sales (especially equipment or fitouts)

Hospitality (chef, café manager, operator) with strong communication and upselling ability

Key strengths we value:

Practical problem-solving and attention to detail

Confidence working with targets, KPIs, and performance metrics

Experience with CRM systems and structured sales processes is highly regarded.

Requirements

3–5 years of relevant experience (sales, hospitality, or customer-facing roles)

Valid driver’s licence

Ability to work across showroom and client-facing environments
