We currently have a position available for a Paralegal/Legal Assistant to join our team.

This role will see the successful candidate:

- Working with our Family Lawyers to successfully support them with day-to-day operations of files/client management;
- Drafting and producing correspondence and legal documents, including Court documents for filing in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia;
- Cultivating strong relationships with our clients and fellow team members;




- Supporting our legal team with optimising the use of internal systems to process information;
- Preparing matters for conference and Court attendances;
- Issuing client invoices and general file accounting.

To be successful in obtaining this position, you must have:

- A passion for family law;
- Ability to be a respectful and supportive team player;
- Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills;
- A polite, qualified manner and a mature attitude;
- Understand empathy and confidentiality;
- Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
