As a Landscape Construction Team Member at Magnolia Landscapes and Horticulture, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality landscape construction projects from commencement through to completion. This position requires strong practical landscaping skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a professional team environment.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

- Construct and install landscape features including paving, retaining walls, garden edging, pathways, timber structures, and outdoor living areas.
- Interpret landscape plans, specifications, and project requirements to ensure works are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and level sites, undertake excavation activities, and coordinate materials required for landscape construction projects.
- Install irrigation systems, drainage solutions, and associated infrastructure to support sustainable landscape outcomes.
- Perform planting, turf installation, soil preparation,



and landscape establishment works in accordance with project specifications.
- Assist with the coordination of site activities to ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Operate and maintain landscaping tools, machinery, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with workplace health and safety requirements, including Safe Work Method Statements and site safety procedures.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors, apprentices, subcontractors, and clients to resolve site challenges and achieve quality project outcomes.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and skilled worksite while upholding company standards of workmanship and customer service.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Relevant qualification.
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Landscape Construction Team Member.
- Demonstrated knowledge of landscape construction techniques and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and specifications.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Commitment to workplace safety, quality workmanship, and attention to detail.

Salary:
The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $75,000 - $85,000 p.a plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
