As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll act as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, owning end-to-end recruitment while bringing market insights, sourcing expertise, and a passion for delivering a world-class candidate experience.

The Opportunity

You'll join a newly established Korn Ferry RPO supporting one of the world's leading media organisations, with the opportunity to:

- Partner directly with senior stakeholders across ANZ
- Drive end-to-end recruitment and sourcing strategies
- Influence hiring through talent market insights
- Build talent pipelines across key business areas
- Help design and evolve recruitment processes from day one

What We're Looking For

We're seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner with a strong background recruiting within the media, advertising, marketing, creative, digital, or agency sectors.

You'll bring:

- Proven end-to-end recruitment experience in an RPO, embedded, agency, or in-house environment
- Robust knowledge of the media and advertising talent landscape
- Experience recruiting specialist talent across creative, client services, strategy, digital, commercial, marketing, and corporate functions
- Exceptional sourcing, headhunting, and market mapping capability
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to thrive in a build-and-scale environment
