Repco is looking for a driven Retail Team Leader to take charge in Kwinana. You will wrap up a big day on the shop floor and still catch a sunset by the coast.

About the Role

Retail Team Leaders demonstrate emerging leadership abilities, particularly in creating appealing & stimulating shopping experiences for Repco customers and sharing that knowledge with their team. It’s a perfect opportunity to showcase exceptional merchandising & presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities & Expectations

- Always display & enforce a safety culture to ensure your safety, that of your teammates & customers
- Prior experience working in large format retail stores, focusing on displays, planograms & promotions




- Availability to work Sunday to Thursday, or as discussed with the Manager
- Possess a valid driver’s licence (manual preferred) to assist with deliveries from time-to‑time
- Roll up your sleeves to receive, dispatch, and put away stock (hands‑on role involving lifting, bending, and climbing)
- Passion for the automotive industry & Repco products (ideal)

Qualifications

- Availability from Sunday to Thursday (penalty rates apply to weekend shifts)
- Prior experience in large format retail (desired but not mandatory)
- Valid driver’s licence (manual preferred)
