With the overall aim to see that all patients are treated with dignity and respect as they transition into longer term Residential care or back into their home setting. What you Bring
- Enthusiasm, compassion & ability to work collaboratively! As an experienced Registered Nurse you will understand the Clinical requirements of the role however your enthusiasm for ongoing learning and education will make you a stand out!
- Understanding the importance of patient centred care, you have experience as a Registered Nurse and have a genuine interest in working and interacting with our diverse patients.
- Your critical thinking,
willingness to learn and ability to work cohesively and share knowledge within the team will see you excel in this role whilst we provide you with guidance, support and training.
What you Need
- Current AHPRA registration - as a Registered Nurse, essential
- Proven clinical experience working within neurosciences, subacute or rehabilitation – essential
- Flexible working style to adapt to changes through the day
- Compassionate manner, advocating for patients in their vulnerable state
