Job Title

Inclusive Employment Australia Employment Consultant

Key Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive case management services to participants to assist them in managing employment related barriers, empowering and equipping them with the necessary tools and skills to enter the workforce.
- Help each participant secure sustainable employment and engage employers through referrals, reverse marketing and on-the-job support.
- Provide continuous support to participants and employers to maximise outcomes, obtaining documented evidence and facilitating workplace adjustments throughout the course of employment.
- Achieve or exceed all KPIs and apply an outcome-focused, high-performance approach to the role.
- Maintain a high level of administration, compliance and time management in line with Department requirements based on a sound understanding of Deed and Guidelines.
- Engage with internal and external partners to connect participants with various wrap-around services such as training providers, allied health services and other community-based organisations.

About You

- Relevant qualifications in areas such as Employment Services, Community Services or other relevant areas is desirable.
- Previous experience in employment services including advanced barrier management, reverse marketing, placement of candidates into employment and provision of post-placement support will be highly regarded.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate through various methods with a wide variety of stakeholders.
- A team player with a personal commitment to contribute to a great culture.




- Ability to proactively problem solve, overcome objections, and assist in managing barriers that exist for people living with a disability.
- Performance focused mindset and proven experience achieving business targets and KPIs.
- Must hold a Driver’s licence as travel throughout the region will be required.
