Qualifications / Experience

- Post‑graduate qualifications in Management
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Specialist Expertise

To truly excel in this role, you'll bring a powerful combination of technical knowledge and people leadership, including:

- Developed knowledge of and hands‑on experience with Activity Based Funding and Residential Funding
- Working knowledge of health accreditation standards,



including National Standards and Aged Care Quality Standards
- Robust analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, with the ability to conduct business and performance analysis and implement effective strategies
- The ability to set clear standards, targets, and objectives — and achieve them by inspiring and influencing the performance of others
- Demonstrated success in building high‑performing teams and managing staff with confidence and compassion
- A proven track record of cultivating a positive, inclusive workplace culture
