Desired Skills and Experience

This role is responsible for shaping and protecting the company’s reputation by delivering strategic, consistent, and impactful communications across all audiences. It ensures clear storytelling, strong media and stakeholder relationships, and effective internal engagement, while proactively managing risks and opportunities to enhance brand trust and credibility.

What your new job looks like …

- Strategic Communications & Reputation: Lead and execute a multi-channel communications strategy to build, enhance,



and protect the company’s reputation across diverse audiences (B2G, B2B, B2C and beyond).
- Media, Press & Executive Communications: Act as the primary media contact, managing press relations, storytelling, and supporting executives with interviews, presentations, and key messaging.
- Crisis & Reputation Management: Own crisis communications planning and response, while proactively monitoring media, social channels, and public sentiment to safeguard brand reputation.
- Internal Comms & Stakeholder Engagement: Drive engaging internal communications (including town halls) and build strong relationships with employees, industry bodies, and key external stakeholders.
- Content, Reporting & Operations: Oversee high-quality content creation, manage agency partners and budgets, and deliver insights through reporting on performance, media coverage, and engagement.

We'd love to meet you, especially if you can bring …

- Experience: 4–6 years in corporate communications, public relations, or a similar field, ideally within insurance or financial services.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written, editing, and verbal communication skills, with experience crafting thought leadership and managing media relations.
- Reputation & Problem Solving: Proactive, solutions-focused thinker with a strong understanding of reputation management and the ability to perform under pressure.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Skilled in building relationships across diverse audiences, including employees, media, and industry leaders, with a collaborative and adaptable approach.
- Qualifications & Tools: Degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, or related field, with proficiency in intranet platforms and internal communication tools.
