Therapy Care is a leading NDIS‑registered multidisciplinary provider in Western Sydney. With modern clinics in both Blacktown and Penrith, we help NDIS participants reach their goals through collaborative allied health services.

This role offers a rich, diverse, and deeply rewarding caseload spanning both paediatric and adult clients. You will support participants with a variety of needs, including highly complex physical, neurological, and developmental disabilities. Because our caseload involves high complexity, we are looking for a clinician who already has a solid foundation in disability care and feels confident navigating complex clinical presentations.

The Role

- Deliver evidence‑based assessments and interventions across a mixed lifespan caseload—from pediatrics to adults.
- Manage complex disability cases, including assistive technology (AT) prescriptions and equipment requests.
- Collaborate alongside our multidisciplinary team of OTs, Speech Pathologists,



Support Coordinators, Disability Support Workers and Behaviour Support Practitioners.
- Complete documentation and reporting.

Requirements

- AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist.
- Proven experience and deep knowledge within the disability sector; clinical reasoning required for complex cases.
- Ability to be versatile to work with both kids and adults.
- Current paid WWCC and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- For contractors only: ABN and Professional Indemnity Insurance.
