We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Motor Claims Officer to join our team. In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of specialised motor claims involving heavy vehicles including Farm Machinery - delivering exceptional outcomes for our customers and stakeholders.

The Opportunity

In this role, As Motor Claims Officer, you’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end claims across heavy motor risks. You’ll work closely with customers, brokers, repairers, and external partners to ensure claims are resolved efficiently, fairly, and in line with policy.

This is a dynamic role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident navigating complex claims scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of heavy haulage and commercial motor claims from lodgement through to settlement
- Assess claims in line with policy coverage, liability, and compliance requirements
- Liaise with customers, brokers, assessors, repairers, and external suppliers
- Coordinate inspections and quotes for heavy vehicles, trailers, and specialised equipment
- Negotiate settlements and drive cost-effective outcomes
- Identify potential risks, fraud indicators, or recovery opportunities
- Maintain accurate records and provide clear,



timely communication to stakeholders

About You

- We're looking for a motor claims professional who understands the industry and shares a passion for it. Experience in heavy haulage, commercial motor, or fleet claims is highly regarded, and truck or heavy vehicle enthusiasts are encouraged to apply.
- understanding of claims processes, liability, and policy interpretation
- Confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Solutions-focused, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage a varied caseload effectively
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality outcomes
