The Role

As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable customer experiences while helping the store achieve sales and KPI targets. Your day-to-day will include:

- Delivering outstanding customer service and product knowledge
- Achieving and exceeding sales and KPI targets
- Supporting visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Assisting with stock processing and replenishment
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised store environment
- Supporting loss prevention and operational compliance
- Contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture

Qualifications

- Previous retail or customer service experience (fashion, footwear or sports apparel highly regarded)
- A strong customer‑first mindset
- Confidence in achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude




- The ability to work in a fast‑paced team environment
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and peak trade periods
