We're partnering with a highly regarded investment and property group to recruit a Retail Leasing Executive to join its growing property team. This is an opportunity to work across a diverse retail portfolio, managing leasing transactions and building strong relationships with retailers, agents and internal stakeholders.

The Role

You'll play a key role in maximising portfolio performance by managing leasing activity across a range of retail assets.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Negotiating new leases, renewals, assignments, and lease variations
- Managing retailer enquiries and maintaining solid tenant relationships
- Working closely with leasing agents to secure new tenants
- Preparing Heads of Agreement and coordinating lease documentation
- Assisting with tenancy mix and leasing strategy initiatives
- Monitoring critical lease dates, expiries, and option periods
- Supporting asset management and development teams on leasing projects
- Liaising with external solicitors throughout the leasing process




- Preparing leasing reports and maintaining accurate lease records

About You

We're looking for someone who brings:

- Experience in retail or commercial leasing, property management, or asset management
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- A commercial mindset with the ability to identify leasing opportunities
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneouslyA proactive and relationship-focused approach
