We take a long-term approach to asset ownership, with a focus on considered leasing strategy, active asset management and the delivery of well-curated retail environments. Our portfolio includes assets across Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Darwin, as well as offshore in New York City and Florida.

An opportunity exists for an experienced property professional to join the business in a senior role responsible for retail leasing performance and retail portfolio outcomes.

The Role

Reporting to the CEO, this role is responsible for the performance of the retail portfolio, with oversight of retail leasing strategy, tenant mix and asset positioning across a national and international asset base.

Working across both leasing and asset management, you will contribute to strategic planning while maintaining a hands-on approach to transaction execution, stakeholder engagement and portfolio optimisation. You will play a key role in ensuring alignment between leasing outcomes and broader asset strategies.

This role involves regular interstate travel in line with portfolio requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead leasing strategy and execution across a diversified retail portfolio
- Contribute to, and implement, asset-level strategic plans to support long-term performance
- Negotiate lease transactions with national and international retailers




- Review and optimise tenant mix to support asset positioning and income growth
- Monitor portfolio performance, including income drivers and leasing metrics
- Work closely with asset management to align leasing initiatives with portfolio objectives
- Maintain governance across leasing processes, reporting and compliance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, agents and key stakeholders
- Support a consistent and disciplined approach to leasing and asset management across the portfolio

About You

- 10+ years’ experience in retail leasing and/or asset management, ideally across CBD and shopping centre assets
- Strong capability in lease negotiation, deal structuring and income optimisation
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to asset strategy and portfolio performance
- Established industry relationships across retailers, agents and service providers
- Commercially focused with strong financial and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to operate both strategically and in a hands-on capacity
- Willingness and ability to travel interstate regularly
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in property, commerce or a related discipline preferred
