AMP is seeking a Customer Service & Engagement Consultant based in Melbourne with hybrid work arrangements. You will deliver a superior level of service to AMP’s advisers and customers, taking inbound calls, supporting outbound campaigns, and handling webchats and emails.

No prior experience in a related industry is required as comprehensive training is provided by our team of in-house Subject Matter Experts. RG146 certification or Diploma in Financial Planning is desirable but not essential.
