We're looking for a customer‑focused and experienced Medical Receptionist to join our supportive team across our East Albury & West Albury clinic. This is a Full‑Time or Part‑Time position offering shifts from Monday‑Fridays between 7:00am and 10:00pm , as well as scheduled weekend shifts .

As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and skilled experience.

Responsibilities

- Greeting patients and visitors at reception
- Scheduling appointments across a range of modalities (e.g. X‑ray, MRI, Ultrasound)
- Delivering outstanding customer service and patient care
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with patients, referrers, colleagues, and managers

Qualifications

- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Previous health‑care experience




- Exhibit genuine care and understanding for patients’ well‑being
- Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities with a can‑do attitude
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast‑paced environment
