Key responsibilities
- Conduct wine tastings
- Basic food preparation (light snacks)
- Checking in, meeting and greeting guests
- Wine sales and customer service
Skills & Expertise
- Previous experience within the hospitality industry
- Wine knowledge is preferred; however, training will be provided
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- A solid commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- The ability to prioritise tasks and confidently manage multiple customers at once
- A current RSA and unrestricted Approved Managers card
