Registered Psychiatric Nurse / Mental Health Nurse

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Registered Psychiatric Nurse (Mental Health Nurse) to join The Royal Melbourne Hospital (RMH) in the John Cade inpatient unit, Melbourne, Australia. This position is available on a full‑time or part‑time basis (visa permitting).

Key Responsibilities

- Work collaboratively in a culturally safe way with a diverse community.
- Interact respectfully with consumers, families, carers and supporters.
- Provide trauma‑informed care, supporting recovery and strengths‑based interventions.
- Work effectively with digital technology.

Qualifications & Experience

- Experience working collaboratively in an inpatient mental health setting.
- A recognised mental health nursing qualification.
- Eligibility for AHPRA registration and an Australian working visa.
- Strong clinical skills in mental health nursing.
- Excellent organisation, communication and interpersonal skills.
