Donor Acquisition & Reactivation Specialist – Make-A-Wish Australia

Full-Time or Part time | Competitive Base + Performance Incentives | Hybrid / Remote Opportunities Available

Help create life‑changing moments for children and their families.

At ARC Twenty‑Two, we believe fundraising is about more than making phone calls – it's about creating meaningful conversations that inspire people to make a difference.

We are a specialist fundraising agency that partners with some of Australia's most respected charities. One of the key campaigns you will represent is Make‑A‑Wish Australia, helping connect compassionate Australians with a cause that brings hope, strength and joy to children living with critical illnesses.

Every conversation you have has the potential to help make an extraordinary wish come true.

We are looking for an experienced Fundraising & Donor Engagement Specialist who has a proven track record in acquiring new regular donors and reactivating lapsed supporters through professional outbound telephone fundraising.

This is not a general customer service or inbound contact centre role. We are seeking someone who understands donor psychology, builds trust quickly and consistently delivers exceptional fundraising outcomes with integrity.

About You

- Enjoy speaking with people and have the confidence to create engaging conversations that lead to positive outcomes.
- Previous experience in outbound fundraising for Australian charities.
- Demonstrated success in donor acquisition campaigns.

- Experience promoting Regular Giving programs.
- Strong objection handling and relationship‑building skills.
- A proven history of meeting or exceeding fundraising targets.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- High attention to detail and strong CRM skills.

Highly Regarded

- Experience within a specialist fundraising agency.
- Knowledge of Australian fundraising compliance and best practice.

Why Join ARC Twenty‑Two?

- Authentic conversations.
- Ethical fundraising.
- Continuous coaching and support.
- Celebrating individual and team success.
- Creating long‑term careers in fundraising.

What We Offer

- Competitive hourly rate.
- Attractive performance incentives.
- Ongoing coaching and mentoring.
