For Purpose Aged Care is seeking a Deputy Residential Manager to work closely with the Residential Manager to support the operation of our Officer-based aged care residence. The role focuses on delivering compassionate, high-quality resident care and leading a team of clinical professionals and care workers.

You will bring at least 5 years of leadership in aged care, current unrestricted AHPRA registration, and understanding of Aged Care Act, accreditation, and AN-ACC.
