About The Role
- Support residents by providing meaningful one‑on‑one time that promotes connection, companionship and wellbeing. You’ll build robust relationships with residents and their families, offering personalised support based on individual preferences and needs.
- Working as part of the team, you’ll spend dedicated time with residents through conversations, activities and outings, helping them stay engaged and feel valued.
You’ll also coordinate visits and services, maintain accurate records, and ensure each interaction is delivered with care, respect and professionalism.
- This is a hands‑on, people‑focused role where your ability to listen, connect and provide great service will make a real difference to residents’ daily lives.
