Unitywater invites applications for a Senior Legal Counsel to advise on planning and development, setting, property and commercial law, and to manage complex litigation. The role conducts Planning and Environment Court, Land Court and Common Law actions, drafts contracts and notices, and negotiates with external parties.
The position is based at either Maroochydore or Mango Hill, and sits within a collaborative legal team supporting Unitywater’s governance and operations.
