Overview

The Residential Concierge role at Crown Sydney is a full‑time, permanent position within the ultra‑prestigious Crown Residences at One Barangaroo. As a Crown Ambassador, you will provide elevated, personalised service experiences for guests, visitors and residents, while collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth, holistic experiences.

Responsibilities

- Actively contribute to effective and efficient daily operations of the Residential Concierge desk.
- Provide accurate and timely information and advice to all guests, visitors and residents.
- Respond to special requests, account payments and other various queries.
- Enter data and relevant information in MYBOS and Opera, ensuring accurate record history.
- Collaborate with Bell Services, Loading Dock, Front Office & Villas, Gaming, Property Services, Spa and Food & Beverage.
- Complete daily tours of the Crown Sydney observation deck, escorting guests and giving insights into the Crown Sydney resort, local area and key sights of Sydney.
- Work on a rotating 24/7 roster, with a predictable mix of day, evening and overnight shifts, allowing a balance between work and life.

Qualifications

- Experience in a similar frontline hosting role within a hotel, hospitality or residential environment.




- Ability to provide superior service and uphold expectations within a luxury environment.
- Strong skills with the Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, etc.).
- Ability to work with and manage multiple channels of communication and technology.
- Permanent and unrestricted working rights in Australia.
- Understanding of Residential or Hotel PMS, such as MYBOS or OPERA is advantageous.
