Working with nationally recognised consumer brands across food & beverage, health, beauty, and personal care categories, this role is ideal for someone with a few years of experience in internal sales, sales support, or account management who is looking to take the next step in their career.

Working closely with the broader sales and operations teams, you will support an existing customer portfolio while managing inbound enquiries, quotations, order processing, and customer relationships across retail and wholesale channels. This is a fast‑paced and varied role that will suit someone who enjoys relationship building, problem solving, and working within a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage relationships with existing customers
- Handle inbound customer enquiries and sales support requests
- Prepare quotations and process orders accurately




- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery outcomes
- Provide ongoing account support and customer service
- Identify opportunities to grow existing customer accounts
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity
- Support promotional activity and customer campaigns

About You

- Experience within internal sales, account management, or sales support
- FMCG, wholesale, distribution, or consumer goods experience highly regarded
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- CRM or ERP system experience preferred
