The Opportunity

As the Senior Strategy and Continuous Improvement Specialist, you will lead enterprise continuous improvement initiatives and support broader strategic planning activities. You will partner with executives and business leaders to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and deliver sustainable improvements aligned to organisational objectives.

Working closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders, you will help shape strategic outcomes while delivering measurable improvements that enhance organisational performance.

Responsibilities

- Leading the development and maturation of enterprise-wide continuous improvement capability.
- Designing and evolving continuous improvement frameworks, governance practices, and performance measurement approaches.
- Conducting structured analysis, process reviews, and value chain assessments to identify opportunities for improvement and strategic impact.
- Facilitating workshops, problem solving sessions, and capability uplift programs across the organisation.
- Developing cutting-edge solutions to complex business challenges and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Supporting strategic planning and execution activities where required, ensuring strong alignment between improvement initiatives and enterprise priorities.
- Preparing high quality insights, recommendations, and presentations for executives, committees, and governance forums.
- Building strong stakeholder relationships and influencing outcomes across multiple business functions.

About You

You are a commercially minded and collaborative qualified who combines strategic thinking with hands-on continuous improvement expertise. You are comfortable navigating complexity,



influencing senior stakeholders, and driving change in large organisations.

You will bring:

- 6 to 8+ years' experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, transformation, or process optimisation within large and complex organisations.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in strategy or management consulting at Manager level or equivalent, ideally within a leading consulting firm.
- Strong experience designing and implementing enterprise continuous improvement frameworks and governance models.
- Proven capability in process improvement methodologies, value chain analysis, benefits realisation, and performance measurement.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesise complex information into clear insights and recommendations.
- Demonstrated success engaging and influencing executives and senior stakeholders.
- Advanced workshop design and facilitation skills.
- Experience within financial services, government, regulatory, or similarly complex environments will be highly regarded.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Qualifications or certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Design Thinking, Human Centred Design, PRINCE2, PMI, MSP, or similar methodologies will be advantageous.
