As a Retail Customer Service & Sales Consultant, you will assist customers in choosing products and services that meet their needs, act as the trusted expert in‑store, and help make a meaningful impact by building a connected future.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences by guiding customers to the right products and services.
- Be the Go‑to Tech Expert, staying up‑to‑date with the latest gadgets, and offering informed guidance.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling.
- Collaborate closely with your team to foster a welcoming environment and support store goals.
Salary And Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $33.33 per hour (Junior rates apply for those under 20 years of age).
- Penalty rates: 25% for weekday hours after 6 PM, 25% for Saturday, 100% for Sunday, 150% for public holidays.
