Barista / Team Leader – AU Visa Sponsorship

We are looking for an experienced, passionate and hard working Barista / Team Leader for our dynamic workforce. This is a full-time position where you will lead and inspire the staff to ensure we constantly provide excellent coffee and customer service.

Your Responsibilities

- Be the face of the cafe and offer great customer service
- Foster a good, collaborative team atmosphere
- Keep the bustling cafe running smoothly and efficiently
- Open and/or close store as per set‑up and/or pack down procedures
- Maintain inventories and place orders for goods as needed
- Perform general duties in the cafe as needed

- 1+ year barista experience with a demonstrated history of excellence
- Excellent communication and customer service orientation
- Ability to perform efficiently in a fast paced, high pressure setting
- Passion for the hotel business and commitment to extraordinary service
