- Manage multiple construction and property projects concurrently.
- Coordinate contractors, consultants and service providers.
- Review and interpret residential building plans and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with Australian Building Standards and the NCC.
- Manage project risks, timelines and customer outcomes.
- Liaise with customers, families and stakeholders to deliver quality solutions.
About You
- Experience in construction, building or project management.
- Strong understanding of residential building plans and specifications.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple projects.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and database systems.
Essential Requirements
- Relevant qualifications and/or recent experience in construction or project management.
- Strong knowledge of Australian Building Standards and the National Construction Code.
- Experience managing external contractors and service providers.
Desirable
- NSW Builder's Licence.
