Digital Marketing Strategist (Office based only)

We're looking for a Digital Marketing & Analytics Expert to take ownership of the marketing strategy, campaign execution, analytics, and CRM across Perth Home Brokers, 369 Home Broker Melbourne, 369 Home Broker Adelaide, and 369 Home Broker Brisbane.

This is a hands‑on role where you'll plan campaigns, execute them, analyse performance, and continuously improve results. You'll also manage our CRM to ensure leads are nurtured effectively.

Over the next 6–12 months, you'll also play a key role in launching and managing the marketing for our internal mortgage broking business and property investment business.

We're looking for someone who enjoys managing multiple brands and projects at the same time and takes ownership of delivering results.

Role Overview

Stirling (Office-based)

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, REA, Domain, Email etc
- Build and optimise high‑converting landing pages (GoHighLevel)
- Manage and improve SEO performance , including understanding of AI search (Generative Engine Optimisation – GEO)
- Set campaign goals, KPIs, and targets across multiple markets
- Track and analyse performance using GA4, Tag Manager, and dashboards
- Run A/B testing and continuously improve conversion rates
- Report weekly to management on performance (CPL, lead volume, ROI, conversions)




- Take full ownership of improving results week‑on‑week

Skills & Experience

- Proven experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Strong understanding of analytics and performance tracking
- Experience building landing pages using GoHighLevel (GHL) and similar tools
- Working knowledge of Wix
- Solid understanding of SEO + AI search (GEO)
- Ability to translate data into actions and results
- Minimum of 5+ years of digital marketing experience required

Preferred

- Experience in real estate, construction, or finance
- Experience with Go High Level, WIX, Adroll
