Key role within our growing Major Accounts practice

What will you be doing?

- Provide day-to-day account management for complex, risk managed clients
- Develop an understanding of clients’ operations, objectives, and risks
- Continue to grow your technical expertise in insurance
- Provide specialist advice on insurance coverage and risk exposures, where appropriate
- Preparing renewal submissions, insurer negotiations, and client recommendations
- Liaise with underwriters, critically review quotations and negotiate improvements where required
- Build relationships with clients, colleagues, and insurers

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Experience in commercial insurance
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Curiosity and interest in understanding clients’ operations and risks
- Growth mindset
