Reporting to the Business Unit Director, your responsibilities will include:

- Lead national sales strategy, execution, and performance across Australia and New Zealand.
- Drive commercial excellence by developing strategic business plans, setting sales targets, and aligning efforts with broader business objectives.
- Manage and coach a team of field sales managers and representatives, ensuring consistent implementation of best practices and high-performance standards.
- Strengthen field force effectiveness through structured coaching, CRM (Salesforce) utilisation, and continuous skill development.
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key customers, government bodies,



and procurement stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions and drive market share growth.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

- Tertiary qualifications in a business or science-related field.
- Proven sales and/or marketing leadership experience within the surgical medical devices industry.
- Strong people management capabilities, including coaching remote teams and fostering sales excellence.
- Deep understanding of healthcare systems, value-based selling, and medical device market dynamics.
- Proficient in CRM systems (ideally Salesforce)
