Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Pega Lead Business Analyst (LBA) with strong expertise in Pega PRPC. The ideal candidate will play a key role in leading business analysis activities, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of Pega-based solutions, particularly within government or public sector programs.

Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 12+ years of progressive experience in analysis, requirements gathering, design and development of enterprise application systems
- Certified Pega Business Architect (Preferably version 7.4 or later)
- Experience in multiple Pega strategic applications
- Experience in leading end to end Pega implementation experience
- Understanding of Pega Technical concepts
- Ability to drive workshops with clients stakeholder
- Taking ownership and willingness to go the extra mile

- Strong experience in leading and driving the Design Phase end-to-end, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivery outcomes
- Hands-on experience working on large,



complex programs with strong domain expertise in Government/Public Sector and understanding of Pega PGP (Pega Government Platform)
- In-depth knowledge of Pega Platform (v25 capabilities), including Gen AI features, with the ability to guide clients on adoption of appropriate AI-driven solutions
- Experience in leveraging Pega GenAI Blueprints and other AI tools to drive design efficiency and innovation
- Strong experience in authoring feature/epic-level specification documents covering end-to-end scope, including acceptance criteria, data dictionary, UX mockups (in collaboration with UX teams), integrations, dependencies, assumptions, and key decisions
- Experience collaborating with multiple Business Analysts to ensure consistency in documentation, data handover, and gap resolution across workstreams
- Ability to create Level 1 process maps for end-to-end business journeys
- Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure, quick-paced delivery environments

Key Responsibilities

- Manage project design and delivery efforts including developing the project logic, project design, detailed work streams, team structure and deliverables.
- Should be able to own the delivery end-end.
- Develop strong key client relationships, managing client expectations and presenting final recommendations persuasively to senior teams.
- Should be able to manage a team of business and system architects.
- Facilitate and lead working sessions with clients, subject matter experts, stakeholders, consulting teams and technical teams.
- Should be able to capture business objectives and be comfortable using Pega Direct Capture of Objectives (DCO) capabilities.
- Should be able to develop roadmap based on client/project vision.
- Should understand the Business Processes and Business objectives of the customers to drive the right Pega solutioning.




- Should be able to provide consultative guidance on all project assignments.
- Should be well versed with Pega technology and features of the platform.
- Should work with all groups to ensure the best possible design and solution for the Application.
- Should be well versed with Agile & Scrum methodologies to easily align on the project delivery.
- Should be able to manage backlog prioritisation along with Product owner.
- Should be able to enable and educate client on industry standard Pega best practices.
- Should run showcases to the relevant stakeholders to have early feedback.
- Should Partner with multiple stakeholders to develop high quality deliverables across all phases of a project (from identifying and defining process flows and use cases to user acceptance testing).
- Should Leverage industry experience to consult and influence the client's direction.
- Documenting processes and stories for Dev & test teams.
- Lead and drive the Design Phase end-to-end, ensuring completeness, quality, and readiness for downstream delivery phases.
- Define and document feature/epic-level requirements with full traceability, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
- Drive the use of Pega GenAI Blueprints and AI-led accelerators to enhance design quality, speed, and consistency.
- Collaborate closely with UX teams, architects, and integration teams to ensure holistic and cohesive solution design.
- Ensure consistency and quality across BA deliverables by working collaboratively with other BAs on data handover, dependencies, and documentation standards.
- Develop Level 1 process maps for key journeys to establish a strong foundation for detailed design and implementation.
- Outcome focus in ensuring Design to Build readiness (Definition of Ready).

Preferred Qualification

- Experience in managing multiple client accounts, conversations and solutions.
- Experience in sales activities would be an added advantage.
- Should have worked in pre-sales roles fulltime or part time supporting CoE.
- Additional Pega certifications such as Decisioning, Marketing etc.
- Maturity to engage with CXO / Senior Government stakeholders.
