JOB DESCRIPTION:

KPR Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced MIG Welder for immediate workshop-based work in Wollongong, NSW.

This is a great opportunity for a highly skilled welder to secure consistent work for several months, with strong potential for ongoing work throughout the year for the right candidate.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

- Applicants must be available for immediate start
- Applicants must currently be in Australia
- Valid Australian working rights are required
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this role

WHAT'S AN OFFER:

- $50 to $60 per hour (ABN) depending on experience
- Ongoing work for several months
- Potential for continuous work throughout the year
- Workshop-based role (not site work)

DUTIES MAY INCLUDE:

- MIG welding in a workshop setting
- Fabrication and assembly work
- Reading and working from drawings where required
- Producing high quality welds with strong attention to detail
- Following workshop processes and safety procedures

REQUIREMENTS (MANDATORY):





- Strong MIG welding experience in a workshop environment
- Proven ability to produce consistent, high-quality welds
- Experience with steel fabrication and assembly
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Reliable, punctual, and work-ready
- Valid Australian working rights
