About the role

We are looking for a friendly, reliable and customer-focused Front of House team member to join our team at La Mono in Casula.

This is a full time position in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, where you will play a key role in delivering great service and creating a welcoming experience for our customers.

Australian work rights are essential for this position.

This role requires availability across both day and evening shifts.

What you’ll be doing

- Greeting and seating customers in a warm and professional manner
- Taking accurate food and beverage orders and communicating clearly with the kitchen team
- Serving food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high service standards
- Maintaining a clean, organised and fast-moving service environment
- Handling cash and processing payments accurately
- Assisting customers with any questions and ensuring a positive experience
- Working closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations

What we’re looking for

- Previous experience in hospitality or a customer-facing role
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, confident attitude




- Ability to stay calm and efficient during busy service periods
- Positive attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Reliable, punctual and team-oriented
- Basic POS and cash handling skills
- A genuine interest in food and delivering outstanding customer service
