About The Role

Do you take pride in your work and creating clean environments for others? Join our Port Hedland Facilities Team and help us shine. We’re seeking experienced and motivated Cleaners to maintain high standards across camp facilities, accommodation, buildings, and public amenities.

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Cleaners to join our Port Hedland Facilities Team. Offering a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards.

As part of our team, you'll ensure camp facilities and public amenities are clean, safe, and welcoming.



You'll follow structured cleaning schedules, manage tasks efficiently, and assist with occasional additional duties. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will help us deliver a high-quality service in the community.

What You'll Be Doing

- Keep camp facilities, buildings, and public amenities clean, safe, and welcoming
- Follow established cleaning schedules and complete tasks efficiently to a high standard
- Undertake ad hoc duties to support the broader cleaning team
- Maintain professionalism and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment
- Operate and care for cleaning equipment; report maintenance issues as needed
- Please some portion of this role involves outdoor work in hot weather. Please be comfortable working outside and able to tolerate the heat

What You'll Bring to the Team

- Previous cleaning experience in commercial, community, or facility environments
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
- Reliability, initiative, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- You must reside in Port Hedland and have your own accommodation, this is NOT a FIFO position
- Good communication and organisational skills
- C Class Driver’s License
- Ability to work outdoors in hot weather and tolerate heat
- Provide a National Police Clearance no older than 6 months
- Ability to gain an MSIC card if required (Maritime Security Identification Card)
