The SMHRU has accommodation for 25 consumers and provides a secure, structured environment for rehabilitation.

Market-competitive salary and benefits:
We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.
- Base salary range: $75,573 to $80,204 p.a. (Nurse Grade 3)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
- On-call and shift allowances (where applicable)
- Plus a range of salary packaging options to increase take-home pay
About your opportunity
In this role, you will provide direct nursing care, utilising clinical skills under the delegation and supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will deliver education and support and undertake purposeful, evidence-based practice interventions for consumers, while promoting and maintaining the safety of all.
Requirements:
- Diploma of Nursing or equivalent qualification relevant to the position, is mandatory.
- The successful candidate will be required to work all shifts in accordance with the unit roster, which may include participation in an on-call roster.
