Life Without Barriers is recruiting an Intake Officer – Child, Youth & Family to coordinate referrals, placement matching and intake processes for children entering care. This role collaborates with Operational Managers, Therapists, Cultural Support Planners and carers to identify protected, suitable placements.
You will support families through placement, ensure information is accurate, and adhere to the CARE framework and Indigenous placement principles.
